Everbuild 406 Stabilising Solution
The Everbuild 406 stabilising solution is designed for use over plaster, render, pebbledash, stucco, existing paint surfaces, blockwork and brickwork. This solution is a microscopically fine polymer emulsion designed to provide a stable base for decoration on old dusty, chalky, and badly weathered walls.
