Eibenstock PLE450.2 3300W Wet Diamond Core Drilling Units
The Eibenstock PLE450.2 3300W Wet Diamond Core Drilling Units are equiped with a powerful 3300w heavy duty motor deisnged to provide long lasting durable performance. The PLE450 is manufactured with a fully aluminium housing designed to protect the internal components.
The electronic system features a soft start mechanism, an over-current cut-off, and overload indication, ensuring safe and efficient operation. Additionally, the tool is equipped with a 3-speed oil bath gearbox, designed for optimal lubrication in all working positions. This is achieved through a specially developed oil pump and an optimally adjusted torque-speed ratio, accommodating a wide range of diameters. For added safety, the mechanical safety clutch provides reliable protection during use.
The drill rig is designed for versatility, precision, and ease of use. It features a universal tool holder, allowing the motor to be fastened without the need for additional tools. Integrated levels on the carriage and a scale on the rig ensure exact drilling, while the column offers three swivel levels (75°, 60°, and 45°) for enhanced flexibility. Constructed with a robust and stable steel column, the rig is highly resistant to buckling, and its separately exchangeable tooth rail simplifies maintenance. The compact base includes a cut-out for a quick-action bracing unit, streamlining setup. Additionally, the feed lever can be changed tool-free for seamless transitions between work sites, and the removable wheel axle facilitates easy transport.
