The SIP HG250 Inverter Plasma Cutter is a powerful and lightweight plasma cutter designed to accurately cut mild steel, stainless steel, aluminium and brass.
Easy to operate and safer than cutting with a naked flame, this plasma cutter cuts up to 8mm thickness from a 13A supply.

- Versatile cutting capacity from a 13A supply for wider application use: Capacity of 5.5mm quality cut and up to 8mm severance. Suitable metal types include mild steel, stainless steel, aluminium and brass.
- Integrated plasma torch with 'strike' guard offers greater user safety: Wiring the plasma torch into the inverter ensures a secure electrical connection, which promotes user safety. The torch trigger is fitted with a safety guard which prevents accidental 'strike-up' if dropped.
- Parts-in-place safety circuit for added user protection: Prevents accidental plasma trigger ignition when changing the consumable parts.
- Adjustable air regulator ensures the correct air pressure is maintained: Requires min. 73psi (5bar) of compressed air to operate. Low air pressure protection sensor helps prevent torch and consumable damage.
- Accessories included: Supplied with 1x 3mtr earth lead, 2x ceramic shields, 2x electrodes, 2x 1.1mm cutting tips and 1x safety goggles.
