The Knipex SmartGrip Self Adjusting Water Pump Pliers 250mm are the perfect tool for frequent changeovers to workpieces of different sizes. Designed for both right and left-handed use, these pliers feature automatic adjustment per one-hand operation, ensuring good access to the workpiece thanks to the slim dimensions of the head and joint area, and flush joint bolt. The gripping surfaces are equipped with special hardened teeth, which offer high wear resistance and stable gripping with teeth hardness approx. 61 HRC. The pinch guard prevents the operator's fingers from being pinched. The pliers are self-locking on pipes and nuts, meaning no slipping on the workpiece and low hand force is required. Made of chrome vanadium electric steel, forged and multi-stage oil-hardened, they also come with a locking lever for space-saving transport.
